Scrapbook stickers are hugely popular with scrappers for a number of reasons.  Not only do scrapbooking stickers help decorate a page, they are very cheap to buy and easy to use.  As with scrapbook paper, stickers should be acid-free and lignin free to prevent damage to your precious photos.  There are loads of ideas online for using stick-on pictures, words, letters or other scrapbook embellishments to liven up your pages.  For instance, in themed scrapbooks they can be used to create a scene.  You could add flags and other symbols of a country to commemorate a foreign vacation, or simply use decorative stickers to form borders or frames around your photos.
